About
We believe that art has the power to change the world. Our purpose is to inspire people to be better every day. Let's talk!!
who are we?
At LunaNova Studio, we are passionate about everything that pushes the boundaries of creativity. We are José Gazpar and Fernando Hurtado, two creators driven by a deep love for storytelling and world-building. Our influences are as diverse as they are inspiring, ranging from the playful universes of Kid Icarus, Scott Pilgrim, and Banjo-Kazooie to the introspective worlds of Life Is Strange, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, and Red Dead Redemption. While these works may seem vastly different, they all share a common thread: a love for crafting vibrant atmospheres and immersive universes that breathe life into every corner. Some invite laughter and joy, while others delve into introspection and emotional depth. This blend of experiences fills us with a desire to recreate the feelings they evoke in others, spreading joy and bringing to life the worlds we envision.Every day, we strive to channel this inspiration into our work, creating games that resonate with players and transport them to places where creativity knows no bounds.

Videogames
IRIS is an psychological horror game that stands out for its narrative focus and the constant struggle for happiness, urging the player to live in the present. The plot follows the story of a young woman who, after experiencing an anxiety attack, enters a coma and wakes up in a world created in her own mind. In this dreamlike setting, she faces monsters that personify scars from the past and constant problems, addressing issues such as poverty, bulimia, bullying and loneliness. The uniqueness of the game is in the message of searching for meaning and happiness. With an aesthetic that combines elements of anime and retro video games, specifically inspired by the PlayStation 2 era, Iris offers a unique visual experience. The choice of this visual style seeks to evoke carefully curated nostalgia while providing a platform for the exploration of profound and current topics.
